2. REQUIREMENTS:
The organizers will not accept photographs which have been exhibited in the previous editions of the Salon.
Each participant is allowed with a maximum number of 4 photographs for each theme.

3. HOW TO NAME YOUR JPG IMAGE FILES
RO-Popescu-Ion-A1.jpg
RO = ISO 3166 country code for Romania
Popescu Ion = author’s name and surname
A1 – A4.jpg = the Section letter A and image number (1-4) of the entry
B1 – B4.jpg = the Section letter B and image number (1-4) of the entry.

4. PARTICIPATION FEE:
There are NO participation fees.
The organizers will edit a CD which will contain all the works accepted in the contest. This can be purchased for 5 EURO or 6 USD at request. The confirmation of the order can be made through the payment of the cost in advance, but no late than 30th of September.

The organizers will edit a 5 stars catalogue which will contain all the works accepted in the contest. This can be purchased for 15 EUR or 20USD at request. The confirmation of the order can be made through the payment of the cost in advance, but no late than 30th of September.

5. PRIZES:
The best photo of each section will be awarded with 1000 EURO.
Prizewinners receive medals diplomas, honorable mentions:

2 ORIZONT SILVER medal for each section (2)
2 ORIZONT BRONZE medal for each section (2)

6. SALON CALENDAR:
Closing date (for application and fee): 30th September 2009

8. The organizers of the Salon reserve their right to reproduce the photographs under any format in order to support the Salon without paying the copyright fees. The authors, who disagree with this stipulation, are asked to communicate to us their refusal.
