After a closer study for the job demands for a senior photojournalist position, I thought that it is interesting to see the specs for such a job at a high-rated tv-media company in the US. I think the most important demands are: the willing to travel worldwide without restriction, 24/7 available, to work under hard conditions, to provide leadership - all this beside the techincal and of course artistic skills. This is a demanding job indeed, much appreciation for photojournalists!
