For any enthusiast of photography, whether you are in Cluj, Iasi or Bucharest, there is something to see this month.

06.04.2009, Bucuresti - Photo exhibition "Europenii necunoscuti. 10 minoritati raspindite prin Europa si adunate in fotografii de Kurt Kaindl". They have strange names: german memel, memel, sorbi, asirieni, tipteri, deghesi, gottscheeni or arbaresi. Are actually only a few ethnic groups spread throughout the whole of Europe who have managed to keep there own language and ethnic peculiarities. Photos of these little known minorities can be seen at the Romanian Peasant Museum in Bucharest. The exhibition can be visited from Tuesday till Sunday, between 10:00 and 18:00 at Guests Room of the Romanian Peasant Museum. Entry is free.

07.04.2009, Iasi - Photo exhibition "20". Fotografilor Club from Iasi, and Casa de Cultura "Michael Ursachi" Iasi, B-dul Carol I, Copou Park invites you to visit the photo exhibition "20". Inauguration will take place Tuesday, 7 April 2009, at 19.30 hour at Casa de Cultura "Michael Ursachi". The exhibition is open between April 7 - April 24 and between the hours of 9 - 19.

10.04.2009, Cluj - Art fair. The Socio-Cultural Association apARTe, in partnership with Iulius Mall and the National History Museum of Transylvania, invites you to the 5th edition of the Art Fair - Open Workshop. Cluj's young artists will exhibit works of painting, photography and graphics in the ground level of Iulius Mall, from morning till night, from Friday until Sunday, April 10 till April 12. You can choose which works you like, you can learn all about different styles and creative techniques, and at the Museum of History location you will find engravings printed on paper by hand after the original plates XVIII-XIX century. 13.04.2009, Bucuresti - Photo exhibition "Cele doua lacuri". On 13 April 2009, at 18 the Association "Bucurestiul meu drag"! opens the gates of the first photographic exhibition in 2009 in the subway station "Dristor 1". The doors will remain open for the fans of Bucharest and lovers of photography for two weeks for a trip in images on Lake Fundeni, Morii Lake and surroundings. Trustee of this exhibition is Mr. Dinu Lazar. The location for the exhibition is made available by SC Metrorex SA. the printing of photos displayed is provided by EPSON, the sponsor of this exhibition. 23.04.2009, Cluj - Photo exhibition "Intro". Insomnia Cafe from Cluj, Universitatii street no.4, will host starting with the date April 23 the photo exhibition "Intro". This exhibition presents works from the acceptance portfolios to the Photo-Video-Computerized Processing of Image of the UAD Cluj, from 6 students: Ilinca Coman, Iringo Demeter, Madalina Anton, Horincar Oana, Alexandra Cotofan and Stefan Asaftei. Each exhibits about 3 large photos.

24.04.2009, Bucuresti - Photo course for children. Andrei Contiu invites the children between 10 and 15 years old, from April 24 at 18:30, at Fundatia Calea Victoriei, at an interactive photo course to initiate the kids interested in photographic art concepts and techniques in basic photography, following the formation of aesthetic taste and implementation of original compositions. The workshop will conclude with an exhibition, to which parents are invited and which will include the best photos of the student.
