A new lens from Nikon was announced on 14.04.2009, the AF-S DX Nikkor 10-24mm F3.5-4.5G ED designed for DX format DSLR.

This new zoom lens model has a magnification of 2,4x (15-36mm in 35mm equivalent). It's constructed from 14 elements in 9 groups.
